About this Project
For this Hillsborough County Schools high school, AAPG supplied wood-look flush doors with vision lites throughout the classroom corridors and at the gymnasium entrances, standing up to the daily traffic of a busy high school while keeping a warm, consistent look across the building.
In the gymnasium and cafeteria concourse, AAPG's wood wall paneling pairs with fabric-wrapped acoustic panels in the school's navy, grey, and orange colors to help control noise in these high-volume spaces while reinforcing school spirit. A wood-clad concession stand servery, complete with a roll-up service window, rounds out the concourse.
Together, the doors, wall paneling, and acoustic treatments give the school a durable, cohesive material palette that can hold up to the wear of thousands of students moving through these spaces every day.
