About this Project
The First Presbyterian Church project in Miami, Florida, features a carefully designed acoustic solution to enhance the sanctuary’s performance and aesthetic appeal. For this project, AAPG supplied custom acoustic drop-in ceiling tiles, tailored specifically to meet the church’s functional and design needs.
The tiles were fabricated using Formipak laminate, offering a durable and attractive finish. Each tile was micro-perforated to optimize sound absorption, improving the overall acoustics of the worship space. Additionally, the tiles were designed in a tegular configuration to create a subtle recessed look, adding visual depth and a clean, refined ceiling aesthetic.
