About this Project

AAPG partnered with Baker Barrios Architects to deliver cutting-edge millwork and wall protection solutions for the College of Osteopathic Medicine in Clearwater, Florida. A key highlight of the project was the development of AAPG’s unique GRID® full-height wall protection system, which was implemented throughout the building to ensure both durability and aesthetic appeal.

AAPG’s Carbon Zero® phenolic panels, integrated with the GRID® Wall Protection System, provided superior impact resistance and antimicrobial properties. These panels were designed to withstand the rigorous cleaning protocols common in medical education facilities, ensuring long-term performance and hygiene.

Additionally, Carbon Zero® HPL laminates were utilized extensively for the casework, supporting the project’s sustainability goals while delivering functional and visually appealing cabinetry solutions.

This project demonstrates AAPG’s ability to collaborate with architectural teams to create innovative, sustainable, and functional designs that meet the specialized demands of healthcare and educational environments.
