About this Project
The RaceTrac Gas Stations project involved a large-scale rollout across more than 70 locations throughout Texas, Florida, Mississippi, Louisiana, and Georgia. For this extensive program, AAPG supplied and installed custom exterior facades using CompactWood® and Carbon Zero HPL Phenolic®, delivering a durable, visually appealing solution built for high-performance environments.
AAPG worked closely with RaceTrac’s in-house design team in Atlanta to develop and refine the product specifications. Through this collaboration, several key enhancements were created, including the integration of LED lighting within the panel structure, providing improved visibility and an upgraded, modern look for the brand’s exterior identity.
The combination of CompactWood® and Carbon Zero HPL Phenolic® offered outstanding durability, weather resistance, and long-term performance, critical for high-traffic, outdoor locations. By managing both the supply and installation across all sites, AAPG ensured consistent quality and execution, helping RaceTrac achieve a cohesive, elevated look across its growing network of locations.
