About this Project
Jackie Robinson Ballpark is the historic home of the Daytona Tortugas, the High-A affiliate of the Cincinnati Reds, in Daytona Beach, FL. AAPG supplied architectural millwork and casework throughout a full renovation of the ballpark's clubhouse, hospitality, and support spaces.
The Daytona Beach Club, a premium suite overlooking the field, features a sculptural wave-form wood acoustic ceiling and a tiled bar with a wood countertop, while the players' nutrition kitchen pairs green tile with wood-grain cabinetry, a locking storage wall, and communal dining tables for the team.
In the clubhouse, AAPG built out numbered player lockers finished in a light wood-grain laminate with electronic keypad locks for both the Tortugas' home clubhouse and a separate coaches' and staff locker room, along with the adjoining wash rooms and shower area. A dedicated athletic training room rounds out the project with locking medical storage cabinetry and a treatment sink.
